Our Company provides several different types of services as listed below:

• Inspection Services on vertical transportation equipment, on Elevators of all types, Escalators, Dumbwaiters and material lifts that fall under the umbrella of the ASME A17.1 and A17.3 codes.

• Training and Certification Provide detailed elevator emergency rescue training and certification to designated Personnel as per A17.4.

• Maintenance Surveys where we provide the building owner or manager with an unbiased evaluation of his maintenance program, along with recommendations for equipment upgrades or enhancements to meet changing code requirements and to enhance the safety of the equipment.

• Witnessing of Annual and Five Year Safety Tests are mandated by A17.1 and A 17.3, codes. These are normally performed in conjunction with #1, above except in some cases where the testing was not included in a contractual service agreement.

• Due Diligence Surveys, we provide to determine the physical condition of the elevators in a given building and repairs or upgrades that may be anticipated in the near future.

• Expert Witness Services are provided to Law Firms representing someone injured in an elevator or escalator related accident and who may also be representing an Insurance company. These types of services require extensive knowledge of engineering design, familiarity with terminology, exclusive to the elevator industry, standards for maintenance and skills in developing forensic evidence that applies to the specifics of the particular case. They also require a great deal of skill and knowledge, developed through years of hands-on experience and industry wide exposure to field conditions, as well as actual exposure to legal proceedings such as depositions and courtroom appearances.
