Kellevator is a 50% percent veteran and 50% woman owned, for profit company, established in 2002. We have 39 years experience in the elevator industry, involving all aspects of the trade including, field engineering, troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical problems in hydraulic, geared and gearless traction elevators, engineering correction and the training of employees in the troubleshooting and the precision final adjustments of hydraulic, geared and gearless elevator systems.

I have an extensive background in the evaluation of field maintenance, customer complaints, operational condition reports, accident investigations, including review of operational history, service and maintenance records and reports. This took place in the public sector across the entire United States for a major manufacturer.

I was involved in engineering liaison between field, research and development and factory engineering in both, electrical and mechanical engineering. I have been deposed on numerous occasions as a consultant for legal cases.

Over the past several years, we have performed third party inspection services on GSA buildings in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and NPS in New Mexico. We have inspected VA facilities in Tennessee, West Virginia Georgia, Kentucky, Alabama, Massachusetts and Maine.
